This brick house is as solid as a brick... house. No need for painting like those Queenslanders. This place is super low maintenance. It sits on a huge 1012 m2 block and has an in-ground pool which is great for the kids when things start to warm up a bit. But then, kids are crazy and like to swim in the middle of winter. I think it has to do with something in their brains that can't detect the cold. Unlike us oldies.

I can't stress how much space this place (There I go rhyming again. I'm a poet and I don't even know it) If you are looking for a great family home, with plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, then this is the place for you.
